Responsibilities & Requirements

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist internal and external customers with billing issues and questions
  • Greet customers warmly and determine problem or reason for calling
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Resolve concerns by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the concern; working with other teams to identify problems and following up to provide resolution
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the appropriate methods/tools
  • Maintain records of customer interactions
  • Collect payments and establish payment arrangements
  • Assist with training new employees        

Requirements:

  • Proven customer support experience
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer oriented with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of individuals
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and mange time effectively
